Hi guys.

Just recently bought my first Skoda for an unknown reason i saw this car and instantly fell in love.

My car is a Skoda Superb Estate and to be honest i don't know much about it apart from it drives amazing and i love getting into it. So the people in the know please give me more info.

I'm from Scotland. 26 years old.

Previous car history is:

1st Car. Fiesta (99-02) had more rust than car lol

2nd Car. Toyota Celica Gen 7 T sport Loved this car until i broke it.

3rd Car. Fiesta 2010 model. Hated this car so much. It was a very reliable car but no love for it at all only got it as needed a car after breaking the celica.

4th Car. Skoda Superb Estate.

Infotainment system switches itself on

Hi, It happened twice now that I walked past my parked and locked Mk IV Octavia and I noticed that the infotainment system was on and the radio playing. Anyone had this before? Both times it was on a sunny day, so quite warm inside the car. Is there any way so that the infotainment system can only be switched on with a key present? Car is from Sep 2020 with 1941 software version. Thanks, Peter

Hello I have a Amunsen MIB2 with MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0359T SW0359 HW28 PART NUMBER 5Q0 035 874B I have been looking very where to find an update as i believe there is SW 0363 H31 that will work on my system. I have also read that SW 0456 HW41 also works but i am not 100%. is there anyone that has either of these software or hardware they are will to share or has anymore information that could help me please would be much appreciated. Evening, just looking to see if anyone is experiencing the same issue as me with my Karoq 1.5 Tsi (73 plate)…. So the car has perhaps half a dozen times or more cut out completely when slowing down, no stall / kangaroo or otherwise, power simply gone, resulting in me having to restart the car when in a rolling motion. Very unnerving especially with traffic approaching. I’ve tried to recreate the event on quiet roads with no success so I’ve no idea what action causes this. I had thought

Hi again. I have a 1.6 tdi My daughter recently had to sell her VW Sharan after the DPF was pronounced dead. At least 2K to fix,probably much more.Her car was low mileage,full service history. Can I protect the DPF on our much older vehicle,are there options if it clogs up? Thankyou

I wonder if someone can help me identify the correct OEM product number for a gearbox oil change I am planning. The car is 19 years old and just passed the 50k mile mark and I thought it would be prudent to change the oil when I service it this summer. The trouble I am having is getting any reliable information from online purveyors of oil. I would like to buy original VAG oil. Mine is a 5 speed manual gearbox.
