Hi All

Have the 9.2inch Columbus. I have perused the 344 page owners manual but can’t see how to turn down the pre set volume of the ring for incoming calls over Bluetooth.

Once answered, the call itself is perfectly normal volume...but the actual ringing is soooo loud!

Whilst it is ringing I can turn it down by using controls on the steering wheel -  but it then reverts back to a very loud ring volume for the next call.

As I said the actual call itself is a normal volume, it is the very,very loud ring I am trying to lower.

Grateful for any guidance.

Usually this is controlled by the ring volume on the phone itself...

I thought this too originally. The ring volume on the phone I have put down to 2 out of 10 but doesn’t appear to correlate to the volume of the ring in the car.

I have the same problem, except it doesn't ring, like is on silent. It cuts the sound of the radio, Spotify etc., but it doesn't ring. I tried everything, but I couldn't solve the problem.

I would appreciate if someone could give us a hint.

Do not know if that works, but usually all active sounds can be adjusted by left roll button on the steering wheel. That`s for MIB 2,5. Guess it goes for MIB 3 too.
