Adjust Headlight Beam for halogens

Does anyone knows what's the adjustment screw for the headlight beam?? 

There are two plastic screws that I believed that are the ones, I play with them but nothing changed no info on workshop manual either. 

I changed the halogens with leds and I need adjustment
