Cars with the auto stop / start options are the starter motors up rated in any way or will a replacement be required sooner due to the repeated attempt to reduce emissions/pollutions ?

Despite my dislike to the start/stop system, I have to say I have never seen anybody complain about a worn out starter motor on a start/stop car.

 

I have witnessed plenty of none start stop cars having crap starters though so it looks like they have engineered them well in the case of start/stop cars
