P2015 - Unable to run adaptation on intake flaps

I have a P2015 code (but strangely no EML...) which I can reset and comes back:

Checking out blocks 142/143 I see that the sensor shows 0% at idle and and when I move the arm it shows 99.2% so it seems the sensor is working? When running the adaptation it moves via the solenoid and shows 0% to 99.2%, but then the adaptation fails and shows "ERROR" in the last field:
