At the biginning of the year Autoexpress magazine featured a new boot mat for the Octavia II (in its product section i think...). Can't remember much about it apart from the fact that it had a flap so that when the boot was open the rear bumper could be covered to prevent loading damage i.e. small flap flipped out and over top of rear bumper? Anyone got one or know what I am on about and what company makes it? Emailed the mag with no sucess.

could have been actually thanks for the tip. at least the bumper protector seems right. is there any other types of aftermarket mat to consider?

I have a Skoda aftermarket one , made from quite heavy plastic, buy it at dealers about £40.

There's ones on eBay that look good at £25.90 + £8.50 Delivery, been debating one myself.
