I couldn’t imagine a BRG or FRB Ferrari.

Never seen either of those shades, although I have seen them in white, black, straight dark blue, metallic blue, silver, and a yellow called "gaillo (sp?) fly".

Make of my car colours as you will 😂

Way back I seem to recall yellow and white as international racing colours.  For some reason I associated yellow with Germany (were the silver arrows purely Mercedes?) and white with America.

This all predated the (necessary) commercial sponsorship era.

Still one of my favourite colours...Mariner blue

Volvo also have something similar on offer but a touch lighter; there's something about the flat tone of the blue that I really like:

Funny how you (well I do) always picture one colour for a car as that's the one you associate with either the marque or the model, either through marketing or just your own perception/memories. e.g; as soon as I picture an Esprit it just has to be:

Whereas the next x number of people will immediately picture the white or even metallic bronze from Bond movies.

Your car was imported from Dominica?

On the psychological front, Boeing uses buff and brown/taupe in the cockpit for it’s calming influence.  Airbus a grey/blue......chill bro.

Yellow - Belgium.

White - Germany, before they went to unpainted aluminium to get the Mercedes under the 750kg weight limit, and Auto-Union followed them

White with 2 blue stripes - USA

White with a red circle on the nose - Japan.

Cheers; that's genuinely the first Smith I'd seen in BRG.
