Hi folks

apologies if this has been flashed up on another thread.

picked up an approved vRS TDI est on Saturday, driving to work this morning and glow plug light starts flashing, then get warning of stop start system error, now engine management light on, any ideas folks? just waiting for the dealership to open and receive a very unhappy customers phone call. TIA.

Could be anything. The car would need to be scanned for any fault codes.

+1 on the above. If the dealer can't fit you in or it's not driveable use your Skoda Assist and they will send someone out to you. If it can't be fixed you'll get towed to dealer and a replacement car sorted whilst yours is being fixed.

Sensor fault maybe, most likely related to exhaust somewhere along line. Had you been driving very enthusiastically
