Unsure of remap

Hello all. I have a 2011 octavia vrs mk2 facelift tfsi. 

I recently took it for a custom remap. They ran it on the rolling road and it was showing as producing 224bhp and 315nm torque. 

The only upgrades on the car are a ramair induction kit and a cat back non resonated milltek exhaust. I thought this was a tad high but I'm no expert. 

Anyway, they did the custom remap on their rolling road and the final printout said it was producing 265bhp and 408nm torque. 

Is this safe for the upgrades I have? I don't really thrash the car, but it just seems on the high side for the upgrades?
