My 2001 Octavia has done 110,000 miles and it is littered with big stone chips. All across the bonnet mainly. There's at least 10 on there, up to about half the size of a little finger-nail. They're white in colour (the rest of the car is red!), and you can feel the 'dip' where the paint is missing if you run your finger over them.

After getting up close to the car to Meguiar's 3-step it, I'm starting to really notice them and it's bugging me.

I've tried Colourmagic's wax stick in the past and it was rubbish. Does anyone have any suggestions?
