I'm on a mission to lighten my car of all unncessary weight soon. I might spend a day in the workshop and have a bit of a play with an angle grinder etc. Then bag up my offcuts to see what I've achieved.

Not going to remove the air-con. In addition to the above I might look into polycarb window glass on the sides, but only if they still move up & down.
