Octavia MK3 spare wheel?

I get with my octavia spare wheel thats 16" (205 55 R16 i belive). Also I get winner plus package (tinted windows, 17", parking sensor and also where it says "steel spare wheel reduced size). I expected sometnig like 125 65 R16, but I get steel spare with normal size and yellow sticker 50mph limit. When asked dealership they said: that is reduced size compared with my 17" that I get in winner package??? So if I put 15" then I have Increased spare size...haha.

Reduced wheel size 125/65/16 sound good to me because I get more space for stuff, didnt really ever had to use spare tire...So option real size 205 55 R16 seems "stronger" and better solution (also bulky and heavy)
