Have you had the seats down in the back?

The little rubbers that the seat sit on might need winding out a bit.

could be the rear door catch. maybe they need adjustment. The doors might be moving a little bit causing the trims to rub against something. have it in my car all the time. needs adjustment every couple of months

I had a bit of a sqeek coming from the rear took me ages to find.

Eventually some WD40 on the lock for the rear seats did the trick.

Mind you the down button on the drivers window has stopped working now.
