I have a 64 plate Octavia MK3 Black Edition. Unfortunately someone reversed into my back bumper. 

In doing so they have pushed in 2 of the rear reversing sensors in. Question is how do I take off the plastic strip holding the sensors on this car. I’ve tried pulling it but it seems very firm and tied in. I can’t find any info online. 

Could someone point me in the right direction please.
