Driver Assist functionality issues

Can anyone help or advise?  After contributing to the animal roadkill stats, my car has been returned from the bodyshop. The repairer had to take the car to Skoda main dealer to have the assistance system realigned and everything now appears to work. However noticed something different today. When the car was returned I assume the garage had disconnected the battery as I had to set up my mirrors, electric seats etc again. I normally have the Driver Assist functions set as follows:

Lane assist - off

Blind spot monitor - on

Rear Traffic Assist - on

Front Assist -on

Ticked the appropriate boxes but next time I started the car, only the Front Assist setting was saved. Rather than tick the boxes via the steering wheel / Dot matrix screen again, I used the Car function on the Infortainment system to set the options. Same result - next time I start the car everything but Front Assist has reset to 'off'.   My car also has the personalisation option, tried saving them to my setup but nothing is being saved ( bar front assist).  

These settings were always saved before the car went back to the dealer, indeed looking at the owners handbook, the car is supposed to retain previous settings. Just wondering if anyone else has come across this or am I overlooking something?

Unfortunately the repairer didn't use my local dealer, therefore will probably have to return to their local dealer, but just wondered if anyone has an idea what could be happening before I contact them.

One other strange thing that happened today, when I set radar cruise, then adjusted the distance control, the maxidot display only used a thin green horizontal line to indicate the distance fron car in front. From what I can remember, the distance control is indicated by solid bars on the maxiDot display, these illuminate the nearer or further you set the distance control. Those bars remained blank. When I tried it again late this afternoon, all was back to normal and the solid bars were being lit again.   Does anyone know why those solid bars weren't being used?
