My o/s wing mirror LEDs look they’ve failed, would this put my bulb indicator on the dash? I’ve got no other bulbs out on the car? 

When one of my LED mirror indicators failed, no it didn't put the bulb warning light on. 

 

Over the years I owned the car I did have an intermittent problem with the front sidelight bulbs having a slightly poor contact in the socket and putting the bulb warning light on however. 

 I will check the side lights and also replace the wing mirror repeaters, thanks for the reply 

Can confirm that LED failure in either pre or post FL examples of the wing mirror repeaters will not flag a bulb failure.

 

I had both types go on my pre & post FL Octys and the first I knew of it in either case was a lack of illumination when locking the car remotely.

I will check but thinking about it, the light failure bulb only comes on when I turn the lights on, not when I indicate so I guess it would rule the side repeater out.
