hi just bought this car and it has a months warranty on the engine and box , problem is it rattles on cold start ups for about 2 or 3 seconds , my model is the 3 cylinder engine 70bhp , does anyone get this at all as ive read someone said its normal on these for a few seconds due to an oil build up in the tentioner , my car has a full service history and has only 65k on the clock

change the tensioner. my car rattled from new. at 60k it jumped the sprocket bent 2 valves fitted new cam chain and oil chain kit, does not rattle anymore.i feel the tensioner was poor from new, it is a common fault
