Have just bought a new phone, Umidigi Power from Amazon UK, and cannot pair phone. I get the pairing code on each device, press "pair" but no connection. No problem pairing wife's iPhone.

 

Any thoughts or suggestions would be very welcome.

Try pairing the new phone with some other bluetooth device or car.  If that doesn’t work, the phone’s duff.
