Hoping someone might be able to have a look at my readings and say if they're okay, or if I might need to do some work on the injectors.

 

2.0 16v BKD TDi engine. About 120k miles on clock. Only smokes when pulling away from a stand still when up to temperature. Large ploom of grey.

Once simple suggestion is to run some Injector Cleaner through the system.
