Hey all, I've seen many who've done it and really do like the aesthetic it gives, whats the best way about this? ie what paint would you guys recommend? is it worth priming it?

 

Also looking to replace the front and rear badges with blacked out new style ones, any recommendations for where to grab these? I've tried ebay and cant find any that fit.

 

 

Suppose you’ve got a few options 

 

Plastidip, paint or wrap. Depends how long or permanent you want it to be.

 

plastidip is pretty straight forward like painting but easier.

 

paint will require cleaning, scuffing, cleaning, tac down, plastic primer, paint black several times then depending on the finish you want clear, cut and polish. Lots of videos on YouTube etc 

 

wraping takes skill and time with a heat gone or pay someone to do it but you can always peel it back off
