Yeti cabin noise and other irritants

I did about a 300km drive through pretty bad patches of road after heavy rains. Towards the end dash has developed noise which is similar to the sounds a few coins would make. its coming from the right side of the middle storage. Its not as loud and frequent but nonetheless its more an irritant than a problem. Any one facing this issue ? Thankfully my doors are quiet & solid.

My gear level makes this screeching noise while sloting into 1 & 2. it does engage  without a fuss on the run and clutch works as expected, however there is a that noise which isnt as loud and bad in real time driving

My ignition doesnt turn on and off smoothly. It needs some effort and doing back and forth. Happens more often than not. What could be the issue
