Just purchased a skoda fabia neither windows or mirrors are working changed wiring loom checked all fuses still no joy any help much appreciated

with the windows, i would try to calibrate them. put your key in the driver door and turn it till the windows goes down and leave it turned for 10 seconds then turn the key the other way so the windows goes back up and leave the key turned for 10 seconds. thats it.

...Not sure if you cured the issue yet but just to be sure, were the replacement looms new? You might have replaced damaged ones with damaged ones, if not as they are THAT likely to be crook!

 

I would also assume you checked relevant fuses and/or fusible links.
