quick question guys, would you open the tap to drain the coolant or the hose?

thank oyu wino, i have heard if i mess with the tap it could cause it to leak. i have tried turning it but it wouldnt budge so i didnt want to break it. 

 

do i turn it or do i pull it outwards?

 i will try again tomorrow, just changed my oil, was bit of a farce taking the under tray off 😞 

i will just put bit more force when i turn it anti-clockwise, just bit worried i might break it.

You'll be fine. 

Unlock it anti clockwise then pull it out to open the drain. Doesn’t drain the whole system.

thank you techie, once i got out as much as i can, i will fill it with water then drive around for a bit and finally open the tap again.
