Just a 12v in mine unless something has changed spec wise

Skoda UK, in their infinite wisdom, decided to omit the USB port for the rear seat passengers, as well as only supplying one for the front passengers.

Other European Skoda importers realised we're in a technological age where everyone is wanting to charge their devices at the same time and specced their models accordingly.

Another thumbs up for Skoda UK's marketing / product teams...

Luckily, these are readily available to purchase separately...

Someone clever needs to come up with a nice little mod to fit a 12v socket into the armrest and post a 'how to'. I was looking at the sockets available on Amazon last night for this very reason.

Apologies in advance but If I recall correctly the infotainment  unit will only accept data from one USB socket, unless it is  able to be configured to choose different USB interfaces (I do not know the answer here, maybe some Ateca owners can help) the rest would be for charging USB devices only.

Having 3 12v + a front USB socket in my car is OK, I can choose to fit a cooler box in the boot or the rear passenger area and add USB charge converter as I wish, USB to cooler box adaptors (read 12v ) seem to be less common.  I do agree though that there should have been more USBs in the first place in the front at least.

I wasn't planning on letting passengers have much to do with the infotinment system (read anything to do with it), but they could charge phones or a tablet, or watch dvd's or summit if they had access to a 12v.

I'd rather fit a std 12v fag lighter socket, its very easy to shove a 2 way usb adaptor in as and when required. I think the lack of a 12v or usb in the rear seats on an Octavia is poor.
