Problem is these Pirelli P7 ECO tyres are not suitable for Forest Tracks, Snow or Ice so you would need that technology but with appropriate treads still.

 

These Continental ContiSeal are the OEM fitment my Alhambra came with, cars gets no spare or jack and they might be robust and can seal if there is a small puncture, 

crap tyres on road, no use offroad and will still get wrecked easily with something sharp on a track.
