Camshaft intake bank 1 phase position Octavia VRS TDI

Hi Guys,

One week ago i’ve changed the timing belt (complete kit) on my Skoda Octavia VRS TDI 2014.

After a couple of kilometers i’ve noticed a strange behaviour. The car was not so punchy at high speed. 

The mechanic checked the positions but i believe it was not properly set up. Today i run a test with OBD Eleven to see the angle at the camshaft: Camshaft intake bank 1 phase position -1.65 degrees 

Do you know was is the normal range ? I saw a similar thread but it was for petrol VRS.
