Hi guys, 

 

I have received my whiteline RARB today and want to fit it when I get back from work. For anyone who has either fitted or knows of a guide on either the mk1 fabia or mk2 fabia pages with pictures. All the guides I can find have the images removed so not helpful at all.

 

My question is, do I just reverse the car up onto ramps and then install or do I need to physically get the rear of the car off the ground?

I found the best way to do it is put the rear on axle stands and remove both wheels. Undo the bolt holding the rear shockers on and keep a jack underneath to stop it from dropping. Mount the mikalor clamps or whatever you’re using on the beam then use a ratchet strap to pull the RARB in, push up and slide bolts back through.
