All new Skoda's leave the Factory with Long Life Fuchs oil but dealers usually change this to Castrol Edge at the first oil change at around 18,500 miles (30,000km).

The Spec is VW 508/509 so 0w 20 FS IV. (That is long life oil for variable / flexible servicing, and to give the WLTP / RDE results...)

 

Do not bother with who produced the oil, it is the spec that matters.
