Featured Replies

Greetings people

I have a slightly seized front left calliper and because of this i am thinking of replacing this with a new one has anyone done this job if so I would appreciate any help and advice you people can give with pictures if possible it seems to be the usual case of removing two bolts, clipping the bake line remove the brake line bolt then replace

I f you could give the year of your Octy the Mods will be able to move this to the relevant section and you standing a better chance of getting a qualified answer

Thanks for the vid willydog 👍

Have you considered refurbing your caliper? Much cheaper, and a bit of fun too if you do it yourself. Might as well redo all the seals/boots while you're there too.

Hi marfrohun

Thanks for your suggestion but all the other callipers have been replaced by my local garage because I was too lazy so I want the pleasure of replacing this last one but I will also be replacing both front discs pads and dust plates at the same time
