Hi everyone! I've just joined this site. I Googled why my wing mirrors wouldn't fold in with the remote? Low and behold it took me to this site. The solution was found straight away and that's me hooked. Would have been a nightmare if it wasn't for this site . So big a big thank you !

 I have a 2012 Skoda Superb  CR170 TDI 4x4 Elegance which I love!! I bought it from my father in law 2 years ago with get this . . . 216,000 miles with full Skoda service history . That mileage was done motorway miles through Europe for his own business . I've now got 234,000 On it and it drives like new. It's unbelievable. Till last week when noises started in 1st and 2nd gear. Anyway, had a full clutch and dual mass fitted, had a gearbox rebuild ( it was bearing failure . Between the bearings is a plastic cage to space the ball bearings. They had broke up . Had new updated bearings with metal cages and selectors, gaskets and seals as everything else was good. Caught in time before it self destructed) so now it drives like new again and I love it. 1st time with a Haldex diff and it's brilliant ! Changed the Haldex oil and filter a month ago. That's me done. Hope to speak soon .
