Blind Spot Sensors

Featured Replies

Hi.  New here so please be gentle.

I have a ŠKODA KODIAQ LAURIN & KLEMENT model (2.0D 150bhp).  Awesome car/SUV.  Looks good, drives good and can fit a lot into it.

Recently, and following a bout of rain, the Blind Spot sensor went off.  The first time it happened, on restart, the system worked again.  However, it has gone off again and has not come back on.

Question:  Is there any fault finding I can do before I take it into Skoda dealer e.g. resetting the system?

Welcome to Briskoda and Kodiaq ownership!

There have been a few similar threads on here recently about the same issue. Owners complaining that they have to keep turning the Blind Spot Assist back on either each time the engine has been turned off and back on, or after reversing.

The solution, unfortunately, is a software update at a Skoda dealer...
