So I've recently purchased a 2016,skoda octavia 1.0 se tsi, and I can't seem to find the cruise control, is it an add on like the adaptive cruise control or? 

The cruise control if you have is on the top of the indicator stalk, 3 position switch and a toggle switch which sets the speed higher or lower on the end of the stalk

SE models didn’t have cruise as standard. If you have it it’s on the end of the indicator stalk. If you don’t then the retrofit will involve a visit to Skoda for the FeC activation.
