Skoda Fabia 1.2 tdi greenline, 125K. Clicking noise coming from the ECU, i have the lightbulb yellow warning light illuminated, but all bulbs are ok. Any connection bewteen the two?

diagnosed as a problematic evap80 valve

Interesting diagnosis, given that your car has no such valve as far as I am aware. Only petrol engines have N80 EVAP valves, I believe?

How was it diagnosed, and what was the numerical fault code?
