Error:Dynamic Road Sign Display

Long story short, Karoq 1.5 SEL purchased Jan 2019 with tow bar prep, Whitter tow bar fitted April 2019. 1st service  5 November, software updated to stop Mr Skippy. Car driven to Leeds & back following day then parked in garage 'til Sunday. 5 miles into trip up the dales & car 'binging' and above message lights up & soon car is continually binging 😤 Car taken to local Skoda dealer on Monday, after 2hrs they say that towbar electrics causing too many canbus errors so they can't find fault, please take car back to whoever put towbar onto car & get them to disconnect electrics.  The thing is we have not had any problem with towbar until this software update - what do you think guys?

The towbar is only used for a bike carrier, but do have to admit we have discovered the installer didn't use the correct wiring even though we told him it had been tow bar prepped. Car now booked to go back to dealer on Monday, will letyou know what happens!
