Fabia vrs gearbox rebuild instructions?

Evening all i currently own a 54 plate fabia with asz engine and what i suspect FSM gearbox( need to check) 

i bought the car with a very faint whine in 5th gear. This is my second vrs with gearbox issues

. My first vrs which i  drove 100k with a whine ,which eventually let go where the mainshaft  bearing  had nothing left of it.

Anyway i could get a 2nd hand box but it could have the same issue. 

It doesnt concern me that much but out of interest does anybody have access to the repairs manual for the box?
