I'm not aware of anyone updating a 3C8035730D BT module to 3C8035730E. It might be possible to update a D rev to SW:0982 using the software from VAG, ideally you'd find the TPI to check it's OK for your module. You might be able to extract the SW from a E rev and run it on a D rev but I believe there are hardware differences.

 

I don't think there is an update file to take a Superb cluster to SW:0811 either, the latest is SW:0610 from VAG. You can use various tools to extract the software and EEPROM from a cluster running SW:0811 and flash that. Otherwise, you can use an SGO from another model to flash SW:10xx and then fix the EEPROM to get everything working properly.
