Location of Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor No3

Hi, I’ve just registered here in the hope of finding someone who could help me out with locating where the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor No3 is on a 2011 Fabia 1.2 TDI Greenline estate.

 

My Autel AL319 OBDII reader found the faults below so I bought a new sensor.

 

P242A -  Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor

sensor circuit bank 1

Sensor 3

 

P242B -  Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor

Circuit range/performance bank 1 sensor 3

 

I am very new to most of this but I’m very keen to learn and understand more about the car.

 

So far replacing cabin, air, oil, and fuel filter is the furthest I’ve ventured.

 

If anyone could point me in the right direction for the location of and the best access route to the sensor that would be fantastic!

I have the exact same issue, I'm hoping to fix it myself but it looks like its going to be a right pain. Does anyone have any advice?
