Wing Mirror---Can it be repaired?

Came back to my car tonight and found that my wing mirror was hanging off. :mad: It was broken off at the point where it swivels when you push the mirror in and out. Are there any special glues that could be used to put it back together or will it have to be replaced??

Thanks in advance for any advice.
