Re Skoda facing a Class Action in the UK.

 

I have never heard of that concerning 1.4 TSI 132kw Twinchargers.

 

I have seen mention of it over Euro 5 1.8 & 2.0 TSI's,  then the Defeat Device scandal.

So, this was their response.

It is regrettable that cylinder head need to be replaced of operation of your ŠKODA FABIA Combi. The two-year ŠKODA
manufacturer's warranty for your vehicle ended on the 4th of October 2013. There is no entitlement for a cost sharing,
regardless of the cause of damage. It is, unfortunately, not possible to pay the total or partial cost of the repair.

Sounds like they would like to help you but can't - in other words, "see you, you are on your own - but remember you can buy another Skoda product and repeat this experience".
