Part number for clip holding intercooler hose to EGR/ASV for ASZ.

Featured Replies

As above really. Decided I needed more wiggle room when replacing headlight bulb so disconnected the 90 degree hose to the EGR. Discovered that the clip has fractured on one side.

I can see part numbers for everything else but not the retaining clip that sits on the EGR casting.

I've had the same thing in the past, it seems to get lost in the crack between two diagrams.

I'm 99% sure it's this one https://www.darksidedevelopments.co.uk/products/horseshoe-spring-clip-for-egr-valve-intercooler.html

Which, from memory is the same as the one on the cooler end of the hose, so maybe worth offering that one up for size?

You mean the one tucked almost right under the RHS headlight.... Yeah, I'll leave that alone for now. :)

Yeah, the one that pops off when you're driving down a muddy road on a rainy day wearing a decent pair of trousers.
