I have an intermitant problem with my horn. Somtimes it works and other times nothing. I turn the ignition on and off several times and the horn works again. 

Has anyone come across this problem before?

I had to have a horn replaced on mine.  From memory the SE model upwards has a dual-tone horn, meaning two separate horns of different tones; one of mine failed and had to be replaced under warranty.  They are mounted behind the front bumper, one each side.

Not sure if it's the horns, but I will check if I have current to them before replacing them. Do you know if there is a horn relay?

If you have dual horns and both either work or don’t then it must be a relay or the switch in the steering wheel.  I’m afraid I don’t know if or where there is a relay.  To test the switch you could try sounding the horn whilst turning the steering wheel to see if it’s the slip ring contact.
