I'm looking RAL for satin black and matt black. Colors for my rims.

I found RAL 9005 but that's JET black any other.

I think RAL codes are for colours whereas you are looking to discriminate between gloss levels, I'm sure there is a proper technical term that the paint guys use.

 

There is probably one single RAL black code, if you are having them sprayed then they will be able to give you the finish that you want, for powder coating I'm not so sure but my experience is 30 years out of date. Certainly most fabricated production parts that are powder coated black seem to be what I would describe as satin finish, neither matt nor gloss.
