Carista

Featured Replies

Hello can anyone tell me if carista can turn off the brake pad warning light of my 2007 Octavia vrs thanks

Carista can turn off most warning lights (but not airbag) but first, why are you sure that it is not a real warning?

Phantom brake warning lights (often intermittent) can be caused by a loose, damaged or worn insulation of the brake sense wire, or a broken sense wire.

Have you checked the brake fluid level?

Hi yes I checked the brake fluid and brake pads and they are all ok! I joined the wires for the pad sensors but the light is still on

Are there two wires then? Often is it just one wire with a return through a ground.

What year and engine is your car?
