Coolant regulator

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

just finished reassembling the engine after replacing the valves on a 1.2 6v. I now have a leak from the coolant regulator and I can’t get it to stop. The bolts are as tight as possible and on zap7 there is nothing for a gasket. Am I missing something?

Thanks

I guess the original o-ring has lost its elasticity, so is struggling to seal against the end face of the head. Was that face smooth and clean?

I'll try to find a part number, hang on.
