window was started to go down when i shut it  there is no noise from it  how do i reset it

Electric windows have a detection for the fully closed/open position and this can sometimes go out of synch.
An electric window reset is usually done by a couple of cycles of fully opening and fully closing the window.

if that doesn’t cure it then take it to the dealer to be looked at under warranty.

sady it did not cure it the cure is just out of warrenty
