New Skoda EV SUV- New Name

Is that like Suzi Q, but with more melodic Clannad-esque atmospherics? :D

Why do they design EV interiors to match TV sets for late 70s spaceships?

^^^ So not this Autumn as in 2020, but next Autumn 2021.

Prices a guess then and dependent on in which country.

As to the Autocar article and an 'entry-level price of just under £30,000'

**Why the premium being charged for a Citigo iV (electric) over a petrol version which they have discontinued when it uses an old platform?**

Little chance of that Under £30,00 for an entry level Kodiaq size EV being true when ordering in 2021 or getting delivered in 2022.

Were they trying for Eynak?  (Kanye backward)

Perhaps they are trying to hint it will be out of date when it arrives, given they stole the name from an early computer https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ENIAC

Seriously though, 55K for a Skoda SUV when I will be able to get a TESLA model Y (allegedly) for similar or even less money - they'll not sell many.

I think the reason for outdated price is because Skoda gets VW hand-me-down's. Skoda doesn't actually have much idea on battery progress.

Recent news Jag I-Pace is stopping production line for 1 week due to battery shortages.

End of the day, if ICE car manufacturers want to stay in the business when EV becomes common, they got to become battery manufacturers who also happen to assemble cars. Luckily VW alwady saw that, but not Ford, Jag, and many others.
