my sat nav seems to have reset somehow. All my destination memory has gone and I am no longer able to input post codes. does anyone know if there a way of getting the post code function back please ?

Which headunit / sat nav system do you have, Columbus or aftermarket?

 

When it worked, did your headunit accept 4 or the full 7-digit postcodes?

I had the option of a full uk post code but now it only asks for country, town and road ect no post code option at all. skoda were unable to help me yesterday as service was shut. 

Try this:

 

On the navigation screen:

 

1) Select 'new destination'

2) Select 'town'

3) Press the 'Ptcd' button in the bottom left corner.
