Skoda octavia greenline high mpg

I have recently bought a skoda octavia greenline 2015 estate 1.6 tdi with 110.000 miles one company owner but I think the mpg is quite high. I am getting 32 to 35 around town. I used to get 40 40 mpg with my old 2012 skoda octavia 2012. I am a taxi driver I am using 20 pounds more a week on my new car.

1.6 tdi

103bhp versus 110bhp, so the engines are mapped slightly different.

When was it last serviced, did the service include a fuel and air filter?

How often are you noticing the DPF regenerating?

Serviced a few days ago all filters changed air pollen fuel and oil. I haven't noticed the DPF regenerating.

Air conditioning pipe connector

Hi, Looking for some advice applicable to another VAG group model on a shared component. My air con has a leak on the right hand side front High- / low pressure pipe which has a bolted/O ring connection to the condensor and a male/female type connector at the other end. Question is how does this male/female connection work and do I need any special tools to separate the existing and install the new? Photo of example part Attached. Thanks in advance.

My 2021 Skoda Superb iV estate has thrown up a woanring light and a message 'front assist failure'. As a result the ACC is not working. I have checked and cleaned the areas where I think the sensor lives but it has not helped. It did the same thing a year or so ago and after a few weeks it all started working again. Also the SOS light comes on sometimes. What can I do?

I’m going to replace the driver’s door window outside chrome color strip, because it has developed some deformation. It’s not very noticeable in the photo, though. However, according to the service manual, the mirror needs to be removed to replace the strip. But looking at it, it doesn’t seem like removing the mirror is necessary, and it also appears to be completely clip-on, with no adhesive or anything. If anyone has experience with this, could they share some information?

I was never happy with the performance of the original brakes. The braking efficiency felt poor, and in wet weather the discs would quickly develop surface rust. When braking in damp or rainy conditions, the noise made it sound like I was driving an old car with worn-out brakes. After 50,000 km, I decided to replace the brakes. I installed Zimmermann discs and pads on the front axle. Braking performance didn't improve noticeably, but the annoying noise in wet weather is finally gone. Now I only

I recently bought a Skoda 1.5 se l 2024 Reg. I was under the impression that it automatically locks after so many seconds after you have left the car (without having to physically lock it using the key fob). Mine doesn’t seem to do that. So is that feature only available on certain models? Thanks in advance.
