Featured Replies

Hi all, looking at getting some brighter bulbs for my skoda, seen a few HID kits, are these just plug and play ?

Will these work fine?

I know I'll need the H3 high beem bulbs changing also

Well, they're illegal if you don't already have HIDs fitted.

That's another bone of contention; some people claim Osram NightBreakers "last no time", but others (me amongst them) have had them last several years.

Over the years I've  tried various upgrades to my  lights. It's come down to same thing- life expectancy or power. I prefer light, albeit a bit lower power, and perhaps driver needs more carrots and forward vision. Don't mater how much light you stick out, that stag in the gully next to the road will still take fright and try to clear your bonnet and find he's not a gazelle.

The consensus is that those kits are junk and make your headlights illegal as well as overloading the existing electrics.

Just clean and polish the headlight lenses using a kit such as the 3M kit, you'll be amazed at the difference, like night and day.
