Hello, i need to replace my driveshaft. ive been reading around, and some people recommend remove only the ball joint, and other people recommend remove the 3 bolts on the control arm. Which way is the trick to avoid realignment?

Remove the balljoint from the hub if you want to avoid re-alignment.
